Well boys and girls, all good things come to an end.  with the Interceptor, the
Up-N-Smoke engine Project comes to an end (as an obsession).
The Interceptor is a half engine that hangs on a wall in Up-N-Smoke BBQ.
As such, it is a fitting ending because it's where the project began two years ago.
