The base is mounted with a rubber part that replicates a low-profile racing slick tire. The brake rotor and bright red caliper house a two-level, 12-volt, 35 watt Halogen Bulb. The wiring is encased in braided steel. A built-in toggle switch features off, low, and high options. AC plug, 10' cord and the halogen bulb are included.
