This is a photo
series by automotive photographer Dick Reed. Dick calls them
"Rust Buckets" and that's apparent!
After Dick photographed these cars, he found that they looked like paintings
when they were printed as giclees on paper.
The prints themselves measure 13" x 19" and are fastened to a
20" x 24" x 1/16"
thick naturally rusted steel frame. (right)
The rusted steel creates an incredible industrial and vintage look at the
same time.
Both the print and the steel are coated with an Archival spray finish
for
longevity and appearance.
Each one is built to order so allow 3-4 weeks for delivery
of these custom
pieces of wall art.
